Non-ticketed Event - no admission - 1/2 day $ 850 flat rate - plus applicable mandatory hall costs
Non-ticketed Event - no admission - Full day $ 1,500 flat rate - plus applicable mandatory hall costs

Rehearsal and early set up $ 500 per day - subject to availability
Minimum deposit required all events $ 750 - non refundable - applicable to final settlement
Non ticketed event - Advance estimate deposit Due in full 48 hours prior to event
Lobby - Mezzanine rental rates $250 per lobby
Mandatory Box Office costs (ticketed events)
Box Office Commission 3% on walk up
TicketMaster set-up fees $ 50 for initial / $ 25 each additional performance
Box Office ticket printing $ .10 per comp. ticket, $ .10 per paid ticket
Sales Tax 10.15% of gross receipts - for-profit presenters only
Theatre Restoration fee $ 1.50 per paid ticket (under $30) - added to ticket price
Theatre Restoration fee $ 2.50 per paid ticket (between $30 -$49.99) - added to ticket price
Theatre Restoration fee $ 3.50 per paid ticket ($50 and over) - added to ticket price
Mandatory Hall costs
House Ushers $ 12.00 per hour plus supervisor - based on attendance
House Manager $ 15.00 per hour
Theatre clean up $ 200 to $ 400 per day
Police security $ 45 per hour - show only - 4 Hour minimum
Building security $ 17.75 per hour - (stage door) - 4.5 hour minimum
